Does anyone has problems with there thighs? Like if I lay on my right leg with my left leg on top and move my left leg up and down my right outter thigh hurts so bad to the point I can finish the workout. But if I reverse it my left thigh doesnt hurt at all. What's wrong with me?

My dad is super sporty and I am so not. Still I've been doing popilates for a month now - and the 100AbChallenge. So today my dad walks in the room, sees me doing the roll-ups and says: 'Wow, you've got to have a lot of abs for doing that move.' I felt like a little child, super happy that my dad's proud of me. This workout was killer but I wouldn’t call it total body - it’s abs and arms at most. There were hardly any lower body moves, maybe a bit of legs but not really.

I love this video because it is so relaxed and positive. All of your videos are positive, but this one in particular is a not so hard workout, which I love when I want to exercise, but I am not feeling too well so I just want something that I can do without feeling like I am dying just to get my blood pumping.... This is awesome! When you said "getting the chest" when we were doing the tapping, did you mean we're increasing breast size? If so, is there an alternative for shrinking instead?
