I love this video because it is so relaxed and positive. All of your videos are positive, but this one in particular is a not so hard workout, which I love when I want to exercise, but I am not feeling too well so I just want something that I can do without feeling like I am dying just to get my blood pumping.... This is awesome! When you said "getting the chest" when we were doing the tapping, did you mean we're increasing breast size? If so, is there an alternative for shrinking instead?

Cassey, you totally forgot to put the Pilates philosophy to your created workout! The most important thing is "Breathing" correct during each pilates exercise! and not just doing it.. remember? The internal ABS are not working properly if you don't connect an inhale and exhale to each body movement, which may cause a low back injury especially in double leg lowering (I'm a certified Pilates instructor).

I know it's bad to strain your neck when doing this but I do lift my shoulders and upper body along with looking at my legs but my neck still tightens a lot. I wonder if it's because I'm really tense in my upper back. Does anyone else have this issue or any suggestions?

Cassey Ho! I have been watching and doing your work outs on and off throughout the years. I make jokes with my friends that you are my favorite person to work out with and I hang out with you when I am home alone. I have started to do your workouts religiously though at the ending of 2017 and now the beginning of 2017. I am doing the 28 day cleanse and let me tell you it has really changed meh work outs. I'm still relatively new to working out, but my goal is to be able to complete every exercise in this video without pausing it at some points. idk how on earth people claim doing this stuff makes you fit and toned....maybe bcuz of all the stretching, a person might look a little leaner for like a couple hours or a day but this isn't like fitness.....it's just weird acrobatic poses....I'm sure it has some benefits but def. overrated.
