If I'm being honest, I actually admire the level of seriousness Disney has for making sure these people really know how to act the parts of their characters and making sure they're really dedicated to their jobs. These women are freaking athletes to me now and deserve respect too.

I wanna try the experience of being a Disney princess, even thought I don’t like wearing floofy dresses. I will wear gear under my costume but small enough for people to not notice. Omg my mouth is gonna hurt
Chris K (11 days ago)
What are they getting paid to do this?
Batman3217 (13 days ago)
Disney is TOTALLY RIGHT about the princess's Age Limit. 😁
Studa Baker (15 days ago)
IIRC, Tiana is in her early 20's and Elsa is 21 while Anna is 18. All of that said, it makes sense to have actresses look a certain way to keep up the illusion. I mean, would it make sense for someone to 5' 8" 200lbs to play Ariel?

When u want to be gangsta but u watch Mickey
Ginny Jolly (18 days ago)
They sound like requirements for beauty pageants like Miss USA and Miss World. Except beauty pageant girls don't have to work with children on a daily basis.
Kirby_Warrior (18 days ago)
I'm going to Disneyland in a few days. Something I'd like to find out is if 2 different people, (who are playing the same character) , have the same signature, or very close to the same.
Miranda Jaimes (18 days ago)
My aunt used to work as Minnie Mouse!😜 She got fired
creativevision (19 days ago)
Wow 45 minute shifts. Are you serious? You call that long hours
creativevision (19 days ago)
Heaven forbid that the actresses actually look like the Disney Princesses. These aren't, strange requirements, they make perfect sense
creativevision (19 days ago)
So hitting on someone makes you a creep?
Lucille Vernon (19 days ago)
I might actually make it, considering my brother once told me I look like a disney princess. Not that I want the job.
Autumn Peirson (20 days ago)
How can they stop someone from talking about their day at home? Its not like they can follow you into your house.

Sounds more selective than being a runway model!
Snookie Bermudes (26 days ago)
#princess goals Comment down below what’s your fave princess what you would as a princess and how is your life similar to princess and your prince.
Sara Weiner (27 days ago)
That is scary I feel so bad that Disney princess get treated poorly
bunny (1 month ago)
They don't 'discriminate' against women of a larger size, it's just that they wouldn't look close enough in appearance to the actual character... duhh
iiicallie play's (1 month ago)
Hayley Nitschke (1 month ago)
Wait, I’m too tall to be a Disney princess?😭

Artia Cheatham (1 month ago)
I'm too short to be a Disney Princess
Joe Lovell (1 month ago)
They also have hired known pedophiles ...which is just sick, they need to hire better "watchdogs" to make sure that shit doesn't happen...
Safire Fox (1 month ago)
The only thing that shocked me was the real age of snowwhite and princess jasmine
Helen Snure (1 month ago)
They also don’t allow people that are smaller than a size 4 I think something like that
EveryDaySlacker (1 month ago)
I fucked a chick that played Alice and Tinker Bell.
Micaela Royo (1 month ago)
1:26 Disney doesnt "discriminate" ladies of a certain size. They put size restrictions the same reason they put height restrictions: they need to have all princesses look alike. If you have a Cinderella with a dress size of 9 you wouldnt also want to have a Cinderella of a 14 dress size. It's just to be consistent
jeanne davies (1 month ago)
it's really not that crazy lol that's just a performance job??
Kanra _ (1 month ago)

Purple Mako (2 months ago)
That moment when you’re actually too tall for a job ...
rachieraindrop (2 months ago)
That sucks! Why work there if you can’t take pictures, tell people who you play, or talk about Disney or stories about the guests?? What’s the point then?
Laughing Light (2 months ago)
Mulan is a princess?
Doug Dorsey (2 months ago)
The strict rules are reasonable. Got to protect the brand. Can’t think of another company that needs to be on point 365 like Disney. We all want to see Jasmine twerk and drop it like it’s hot at the club after her shift but not at Disneyland. For many families this is a once in lifetime vacation.
jane anne manders (2 months ago)
Well too short and fat too lol
Warren G (2 months ago)
She says you are'nt allowed to talk about social media, but if someone asks you a question you have to answer it. So if someone asks you, are you on Facebook don't you have to answer it and you cant say i dont know. I'm just sayin
Xo Isla (2 months ago)
I could play Belle or Anna
C.C. Love (2 months ago)
I was interested until I saw this video...lol
Magically Morgan (2 months ago)
honestly this made me laugh because of how many errors there are.
Nob the Knave (2 months ago)
Why is any of this shocking? And if the video is trying to make some sort of "discrimination" statement, which apparently it is due to its use of the word "discrimination", why does it seem to view age discrimination as acceptable while body size isnt? Its ok for a princess candidate to have to look within the same age, but not within the same body type? Also, why do women seem to hate smiling?
Goddess Kaitie (2 months ago)

kylie king (2 months ago)
me: i kinda wanna be a disney princess when im older 'waites for height requirements' me: *measures* ... still 4'9 and 13 T-T
We All Love Kyla (2 months ago)
I’m not actually sure why these are so surprising. Like whatttttt you have to look AND behave like the people they’re acting like?
Rick M (2 months ago)
this person who had done a crime at age 19, then 13 years passed, would put them over the 27 limit, could not have been a princess? that would make them 32, if my math is correct. oh well..
Eye Opener (2 months ago)
Stay away from this crap.

You will make your teeth fall R.I.P teeth
nathan smiddy (2 months ago)
The thing that shock me was the age! You are never to young or to old to work at any park!
Evert van Dalen (2 months ago)
So height, make-up and hair needs to be identical; but eye color is optional? That seems like an odd oversight.

Requirement #1: the ability to suck a golf ball through a garden hose.
Tommy Black (2 months ago)
For Disney Paris, you must smoke Gauloises and not use deodorant.
BASSCODE PROJECT (3 months ago)
"average size" and "american women" those words should not be named in the same sentence. The average size of an american woman is identical to the size of cinderella's pumpkin carrige.

alphega1983 (3 months ago)
I'm guessing the physical requirements for the "fur" costumes are less strict as long as you can tolerate the intense heat and you can fit inside the costume
Sidra Jeni (3 months ago)
So... concluded that they shouldn't be called Disney princesses... they should be called Disney slaves...!!!
DJ Soul (3 months ago)
1:30 No offense, but this isn’t discrimination. But it is discrimination when Disney only gives applicants a chance to certain aged women. What about transgenders and men? 2:27 That’s also illegal.
Christina Jones (3 months ago)
They have open auditions all the time that anybody can go to, and they do not fire someone due to age.
Ashley Lam (3 months ago)
I knew about the "no pointing with one finger" because all cast members have to follow that rule
Your Lord (4 months ago)
I don’t get how they can smile so perfect like when I smile I look like a grumpy mouth that haven’t smiles for 9291 years
