Seriously guys, am I the only one who sees more sweat on my arms then anywhere else? Great workout! It doesn't get easier. Its my 2nd time completing this My mat is drenched with my sweat 😲.... Worth it!

This was the first video I’ve ever done with Cassey. Nearly 2 years ago I wasn’t able to finish this workout without taking a break in between the songs. I was amazed and Motivated by Cassey’s personality and decided to go hardcore!! I chose Blogilates and it was one of the best decisions of my life keep going guys it all gets better 👌👌👌

I have to take a break from this workout because my wrists hurt so bad! Is that normal? Its like my wrists and shoulders can't handle the constant weight for the length of this video without stopping. Butt hurts of course, by the pain in my wrists is horrible!!

I havent worked out so much in a while and this was my first workout video after that and I had to pause all the time and I feel a bit nauseous but I really hope I can start working out again just by simple doing short videos once in a while cause its better than nothing. Cassey: I know your booty hurts. Me: OMG😱 my arms I can’t take it anymore. I have thin wrists, my arms aren’t strong and I weight pretty much so for me it was also arms workout. Wow another bootylicious workout. Six mins doesn't sound long, but it sure feels long when Cassey's pushing you. Ugh. But I'm so thankful for it, cause I see and feel my butt changing shape in the last two weeks. You wouldn't think you'd sweat in 6 mins, but I was sweating all over.
