I never really paid attention to my arms because I’m a swimmer and we use our arms a LOT in practice and my arm are already pretty toned but I decided to try this out and see what would happen..... Edit: Ok I’ve done this for about 6 days and I’ve seen a HUGE difference!! My arms are soooo much more toned than they were before and they feel really good and strong! This totally works and I definitely recommend it!!!

The first day I did this I almost made it through without stopping. After only a week, however, I'm sad to say that I don't feel anything. Not sure if it's working now. Do you have a harder workout? Maybe I should try it with weights, idk.

It really works! I started doing this workout about 2 years ago and I saw the results very quickly (it took me two months to see a little muscle). But obviously I work out and eat healthy foods, I lost 33 pounds by the way 😆 I don't think you can see any results if you do this workout only, but it really helps. Remember, it's a matter of time and motivation, and only you can do this, no one is going to do this for you! Thank you so much Cassey Ho, you changed my life!

I do this with the "Quick Burn Arms! Incredible Arm Toning Workout - no equipment, no pushups!" video for a total of 6 times a day, playing each video three times and alternating them. I usually take a 1-3 minute break in-between. So far, my arms have become a bit more toner.

yesterday my sister wanted me to do this with her so i can see what it's like so i tried it out with her and oh my gosh my arms were dead, it was so hard to keep them together on the last one but today i did this twice (once in the morning and night) and i was able to keep them together without stopping!! lol idk why i was just so happy haha
