It really works! I started doing this workout about 2 years ago and I saw the results very quickly (it took me two months to see a little muscle). But obviously I work out and eat healthy foods, I lost 33 pounds by the way 😆 I don't think you can see any results if you do this workout only, but it really helps. Remember, it's a matter of time and motivation, and only you can do this, no one is going to do this for you! Thank you so much Cassey Ho, you changed my life!

I need to do all this because I want to do gym and get a muscle toned body I am a girl I want to do this because my hand hurts while doing a back arch otherwise I could have done it easily only due to fear of getting hurt in the hands I cannot do it... Should I do this?

I do this with the "Quick Burn Arms! Incredible Arm Toning Workout - no equipment, no pushups!" video for a total of 6 times a day, playing each video three times and alternating them. I usually take a 1-3 minute break in-between. So far, my arms have become a bit more toner.

Yesss!!! Half way I started this two week arm burn challenge for my personally I do this video, quick burn Arms, and 5 tricep isolation and I only get 1 rest day out of the two weeks I just used it yesterday and just finished all these three today!!

cassey love u so much.... am doing arm exercise from past 2 weeks, daily one hour ( total 4 different arm vedios ) ...results are awesome ... am very happy. ..my arms now are sexy , slim, toned .. This is not about this lovely lady. It's just...After you watch how men do their workout, it looks like a total joke to me. I know how different men and women are in terms of physical strength. Still, it is frustrating when comparing the two...Deadlift rules.

yesterday my sister wanted me to do this with her so i can see what it's like so i tried it out with her and oh my gosh my arms were dead, it was so hard to keep them together on the last one but today i did this twice (once in the morning and night) and i was able to keep them together without stopping!! lol idk why i was just so happy haha

Hoping to lose weight before I go back to college, especially on my arms, starting with a few home workouts like this one and 20-30 minutes walking/jogging on the treadmill. Will be updating on this as often as i can, might not be everyday as I will be working but will try to get on at least every second day. :)

Day 1: Just finished first session of this and definitely felt the burn! Had to stop a 5/6 times for 2/3 seconds break throughout, but definitely feels like it has potential to work. Aim to do this twice a day so will hopefully fit another go in this evening.
