Top 10 Sound Logos Audio Branding

02:55
TOP 10 Sound Logos Audio Branding that I found composers (authors) for. Unfortunately, there are some great soundlogos out there, some of which are my favourites but as I couldn't find any sources about their authors (why's that?) I'll have to go with these. 10.AT&T - Joel Beckerman 9.Michelin - Sixième Son 8.Westgate - Rejhan Okanovic Regi 7.Apple Macintosh - Jim Reekes 6.Windows 95 - Brian Eno 5.iPhone - dr.Gerhard Lengeling 4.Intel - Walter Werzowa 3.T-mobile - Lance Massey 2.Nokia - Francisco Tárrega 1.20th Century Fox - Alfred Newman Sound affects us more than we often think and forms a significant part of how we experience brands, buildings and products. All brands communicate with sound and a business that becomes consious about how they are heard has a major competetive advantage. Greater sales, increased customer satisfaction, increased brand asset value and more powerful marketing communication are all examples of benefits strategically used sound can provide your business. The simple fact is that audio cuts through to your audience far quicker than any visual medium can. For your business this means an increase in brand value and brand recognition. It can also help make your advertising more efficient by giving people an easy way to remember your product. And for brands looking to go global your audio logo will be regognized around the world regardless of the language spoken.

9 Iconic Brand Logos Get Transformed Into Female Versions, And The Results Look Awesome

02:27
This year’s women’s day was all about empowering women, and more companies than ever have come together to celebrate this day. Creative Equals, an organization aiming to support talented women and promote diversity in creative industries, has decided to replace iconic brand logos with female figures in order to highlight the issues of unbalanced branding in the media. Their logos include companies like Pringles, Monopoly, DreamWorks, Schwarzkopf, and Bic. Creative Equals hope that this will bring out the issues of gender inequality because according to the organization’s founder and CEO Ali Hanan, 89.5 percent of design directors are male and it can affect a brand’s identity.

It's Cool! Best Company Brand Logo Design Inspiration | Corporate Identity Using Helvetica

02:19
It's Cool! Best Company Logo Brand Design Inspiration | Great Logos Ideas For Corporate Identity Using Helvetica Exactly what isolates a great corporate identity logos in a standard, mass-circulated typeface from a genuine imaginative brand logo outline? One of them is non specific and fundamentally useless, while the other is (ideally) an impactful, vital, skillfully made, frequently extremely costly work of graphic design. That’s way we need corporate logos. In this post, we'll take a gander, best case scenario Company Logo Brand Design Inspiration all got from Helvetica. That is not as much as half of the huge brand logo design concept out there whose corporate character depend on this textual style. In any case, a great inspecting regardless—one that shows how a solitary typeface can function crosswise over organizations. The outcomes are shifted: some scarcely take after Helvetica Font any longer by any stretch of the creative logo design. While others change the typeface just somewhat. As we'll see, however, even modest alterations of kerning (the space between letters) or ligatures (associations between letters), also shading, can have an immense effect. PLEASE SUBSCRIBE MY CHANNEL AND LIKE VIDEO THANKKK! 99% Invisible | 295- Making a Mark: Visual Identity with Tom Geismar The Chase logo was introduced in 1961, when the Chase National Bank and the Bank of the Manhattan Company merged to form the Chase Manhattan Bank. At the time, few American corporations used abstract symbols for their identification. Seen as radical in that context, the Chase symbol has survived a number of subsequent mergers and has become one of the world’s most recognizable trademarks. Its graphic designer, Tom Geismar, has been a driving force in the field of design and graphic identity for over 60 years. How To Design A Personal Logo

08:09
Make sure to pre-sign up for our awesome possum design club here: rtweek.com The personal logo design process can be very difficult. Hopefully after watching this video, you’ll get a new perspective or at least a few ideas on how to design a personal logo of your own. It’s especially hard to come up with an idea when you aren’t sure exactly what kind of designer you want to be. But don’t worry, personal logos can change and you shouldn’t feel as though you’re designing something that you have to be locked into for your whole life. The best way to go about creating a personal logo is to focus on what is unique about you. That could be anything, but to help i’ll give a few examples. Do you have a unique family? Were you in love with a sport or a band when you were young? Is there something about you that people usually pick up on quite quickly? Logo Design Mistakes to Avoid

02:00
Logo design A logo helps in creating brand identity for a company. Logo is the first thing a reader may notice before reading the entire text. For any brand logo is an important element because they are the major graphical representation of an organization. The combination of colors, fonts and images provides the essential information that the company wants the customers to identify. This identity sticks to the brand for the rest of its existence. The unique values and services are presented in a memorable visual image. This uniqueness helps in distinguishing a particular brand from others in the competitive market. A logo displays the overall essence of the business and portrays that the business is professional, stable and reliable. A logo must be simple, memorable, timeless, appropriate and versatile. In actuality it is not an easy task to develop a simple logo. It is really a challenging job. Certain things need to be considered while developing a logo for a brand. Logos should be distinctive and easy to spot, the visuals used should be appropriate for the company and moreover the font should be legible Say goodbye to amateur designers. It is important that logo should be developed by some professional designer who has the capability to understand the real needs of the company, what it wants to deliver to the customers and how it wants the information to be perceived. Using the paint tools or pictures editing applications, one may be able to get the job done initially at petty price but eventually this will incur huge costs later. It is designing and not two minute noodles Proceed only if you are absolutely clear with what you want and what you don’t. this is critical so that the designer can use all his skills, ability and creativity in the right direction. Giving a second thought once the logo has been developed becomes meaningless. A typography can cause an issue Text only logos create the readability issues. How? This is your brand, it’s known to you very well. So what about the others who are new to your brand. Putting your company name in a swirly font can look fancy but if it is not comprehensible, it loses its significance. It must be made sure that the fonts clearly reads out the company’s name. Mind the pixel track Four general categories of logos exist: textual, illustrated, symbolic and a combination of these three. Textual logos use recognizable words as the logo (example: Walt Disney). The words appear in unique fonts, shapes and sizes. Illustrated logos are an illustration used as a logo (example: Pepsi-Cola’s red, white and blue circle). Symbolic logos tend to be abstract in design and can work well internationally (example: Nike’s swoosh). Combination logos are any mixture of the other three types (example :FedEx, whose textual logo also contains the arrow symbol in the white space between the capital E and the x) Accordingly the logo needs to be able to work in wide variety of sizes – from a business card to a billboard, a letter head to a pamphlet. To put everything in line make sure logo uses vector-based graphics that use geometrical primitives based on mathematical expressions. A vector graphic can be magnified by any amount without losing the quality which ensures a high-defined logo with a lot more flexibility. Don’t follow the trend, be a trendsetter Strategic planning gives a competitive advantage over rivals in the market. If you enter into market with the ideas that are already prevailing in the market, you are certainly not going to enjoy the benefits. It becomes very important that you come up with creative and innovative ideas. You need to create a new trend which others will willingly follow. Keep focus and not favorites in mind The client may ask to develop the design as per his favorite colors, designs, or any other such thing. It should be realized that a logo can’t be developed with these aspects. One has to think about think about what business is about, what needs will be served, how it will be perceived. Over excitement generally leads to too artistic or abstract designs which may not be graspable by all. Fonts Fonts in a logo design stand very significant. Be it a text oriented logo, symbolic logo, or a logo with a tagline, the fonts need to be checked. They should be relevant to the category and consumer and must be aligned. Usage of too many font styles is not recommended as it diverts the attention from main content and purpose. For more on Logo Design, write to us: [email protected]
Finding The Visual Identity You Need | Matchbox Design Group | St Louis, MO

Starting a business usually includes starting a brand as well. With great brands come great logos that are instantly recognizable and leave a lasting imprint in our minds. Achieving a result like that is difficult and the road towards it is treacherous and packed with potential pitfalls. Whether it is via gut feeling or thorough research - your logo design has to be effective. Reaching the desired logo takes a certain level of understanding of the psychology behind creating visual identities and brands. The two main composites of this are the design choices you make for your brand and how those choices reflect your brand in the minds of your consumers. Below you will read about said composites in an entwining way to hopefully spark a fresh idea for your emerging business. Designing the logo Your brand needs a logo that reflects its message. Finding inspiration is hard if you are new to the business. Understanding the types of logos circulating is a start. Some brands opt to go for a single letter logo. Letterform logos are quite effective when combined with a well-thought-out design (examples are McDonalds and Facebook). These logos send a sharp message and should be used mostly when your logo is already in some market presence. Logos that are composed exclusively of freestanding words or abbreviations for corporations (like Sony or Google) are called Wordmarks. They are great if your message wants to evoke clarity and precision. You can spice these up by using fonts, backgrounds, colors and small design additions to the text. Remember that your word is the most important thing here, though - don’t overdo it. Your business is fast - get a feline, your business is wise - get a wizard. Pictoral logos are symbols that are recognizable representations of familiar sights in our daily life. This can be anything - as long as people notice it. Notable companies using this solution are Apple and Twitter. Abstract logos are completely detached from the brand. They can perhaps project specific feelings via their shape and curves, but you should essentially go for the aesthetics here. These are hard to pull off and really take a gifted individual to produce properly. The most successful logo of this kind belongs to Nike, clearly conveying the precision and success with that appealing checkmark. Iconic Brand Logos Get Transformed Into Female Versions, And The Results Look Awesome... Source: http://www.creativeequals.org/go-5050/ This year’s women’s day was all about empowering women, and more companies than ever have come together to celebrate this day. In an interview with Dezeen, Ali Hanan stated that they are not attacking any of these brands personally, but they wanted to show a variety of examples to get people celebrating International Women’s Day and thinking about the need for more women... Graphic Designer Logo Tips for Personal Branding

03:30
You are a graphic designer and you want to brand yourself. This can often be the most difficult task. How do you as a graphic designer create a logo for your personal brand? ⏩ Submit a question in the form below for me to answer on YouTube ( http://bit.ly/2KGVwK4 ) ►►►More Video, Links, and Gear in the Description Below! ► Top 4 Overall BEST Laptops for Graphic Designers ( https://youtu.be/tm40X-kCQMs ) ► How to Brand Yourself as a Creative ( https://youtu.be/pTXLYjLNmmE ) ► Day in the Life of a Graphic Designer ( https://youtu.be/sjr-NPX1loI ) As graphic designers we are called on everyday to create branding, logo marks, brochures, advertisements, and more. But somehow when it comes to creating these materials for ourselves we seem to freeze up. For the longest time I struggled with how to create a personal logo for myself. One day I was sitting an English class and it came to me. I quickly sketched out the idea and it has been the same since. Creating a logo for yourself as a graphic designer can be difficult because you are not offering a tangible product, so to speak. You are offering a service where you create visual communication for businesses, non-profits, people, buildings, etc... How do you communicate that in a logo. How do you say, “This is what I do as a graphic designer” with some lines and text. It is the ultimate challenge of a graphic designer to create his or her own personal branding and logo design. Here are three tips I want to share with you when branding your personal logo as a graphic designer. 1. Do not create a logo that needs a detailed explanation to understand. Your logo should have the ability to stand on it own. People should be able to easily recognize the shapes, letters or imagery in your logo. This helps to avoid any confusion and extra quesitons. Also, it is a bad sign for a client if they can’t understand your logo. How will you be able to design a logo that is clear and concise for them that communicate who they are. Make sure you are designing your logo so that it is quickly understandable. You do not want to waste time explaining your logo. You want to eliminate all distractions from closing a deal with anew client. 2. Keep your logo as simple as possible. You do not want an extremely elaborate logo. If you are going to shrink your logo down or scale it up you do not want to have legibility issues. You want your logo to be extremely functional. If your logo is to complicated than it shows that you do not understand how to concisely communicate your ideas. 3. Create a timeless logo for your graphic design personal brand. You want to think about the style, typography, color and shapes you are using when creating your logo. Will your logo stand the test of time. If you are styling your logo after the grunge movement from the 90’s or the Great Gatsby of the roaring 20’s this appearance may not last as long as you are hoping for. You must consider the timeless aspect of your logo when you are branding yourself as a graphic designer. Thanks for tuning into this video about how to create a logo as a graphic designer for your personal brand.
