This video presentation is dedicated to my granddaughter Summer Pitner who was killed by a drunk driver on September 26, 2006 & all other drunk driver victims I have met since opening a myspace memorial page for Summer. All the loved ones in this video & the families of these victims have touched my life profoundly! It is my passion to use my God given talents to make everyone who watches these videos aware of the serious issue of drinking & driving. The tragedy & shattered lives left behind by the family members who have to somehow find a way to pick up the pieces of their fractured family & keep their loved ones memory alive is 100% avoidable! If you want to drink, fine... JUST DON'T DRIVE... IT IS SIMPLE... CALL A FREIND... CALL A CAB... JUST DON'T GET INTO YOUR CAR & PUT THE LIVES OF OTHERS YOU SHARE THE ROAD WITH AT RISK!

Unwrapped gifts for the holidays. An empty chair left for a loved one missing from the family dinner table. These are the realities for families who have lost a loved one to drunk driving. To stress the importance of lining up a sober ride, Hitesh Patel and Sgt. Catherine Michal joined the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Office of Traffic Safety to kick off the holiday extra DWI enforcement campaign beginning Nov. 22 and running on weekends through Dec. 30. Hitesh lost his niece, Ria, who was the passenger in a single vehicle fatal crash in September. According to the criminal complaint, the suspect admitted to drinking before driving and a witness described the driver as “super drunk.” In 2006, Sgt. Michal’s daughter, Deanna, was killed by a drunk driver. She was just 16-years-old. For both families, the holidays will never be the same. Sgt. Michal and Hitesh spoke out on how their families have forever changed because of someone else’s poor decision.

Drunk driving in the United States takes a life every 45 minutes, and changes forever the lives of those left behind. Despite decades of driver education that makes these consequences clear, thousands of Americans continue to selfishly choose to drive under the influence. Whether or not the driver is criminally prosecuted, victims of drunk driving can sue for the costs of the accident, including the terrible personal cost of a wrongful death or permanent disability. A drunk driving attorney can help victims recover the money they need to get the right medical care, rebuild their lives and eventually move on.

New Years 2015 is only a couple hours old. Somewhere there are two different families and friends all over that feel the sting of Lauren and Chris not being with them to celebrate. Somewhere in Rhode Island is the woman who did it. She has hid this secret for 14 years, which is long enough. Too long. She said she would spend her lift committed to keeping their memory alive. Didn't happen. Instead she opens a bar and grill. Brags about Bloody Mary's and "Living The Dream". "Life is good" she posted to a picture on a trip to the beach to collect sand. Life hasn't been good for the families who's daughters, sisters, granddaughters, friends she took away.

Why are the McCains pretending to be so worried about campaign issues like abortion and a woman's choice with her own body but continually lobby against Mothers Against Drunk Driving who also protects the American public young and old from drunk driver deaths and crashes. Well abortions don't effect liquor sales in Arizona, so they can pretend to be concerned, Interesting-NOT.
