It is believed that Ahmed Rashid, a well known analyst of Pakistan on foreign policy, According to Rashid, Pakistan has lost a large captive market as the operation of the Chabahar port began. Experts from well-known defense and foreign policy experts attended the seminar titled 'Crisis or Peace: Pakistan, India and Afghanistan', which took place on Thursday in Pakistan's capital Islamabad. Ahmed Rashid, who held good hold on author, journalist and foreign policy while participating in the program, said that the Chabahar port in Iran's Sistan-Balochistan province started operations, but the Gwadar port, which is in collaboration with China, is relatively attracting business. Could not do it. According to the Pakistani newspaper The News International, Ahmed Rashid said that Afghanistan is doing its business through Chabar port, which has reduced trade between Gaddar port between Pakistan and Afghanistan from $ 5 billion to first half and now the highest of $ 1.5 billion Has reached the lower level. ISRO चांद से लाएगा हीलियम, 250 सालों तक ऊर्जा / ISRO find a trillion-dollar nuclear fuel on the Moon

03:17
India’s intention of mining the moon for helium-3 was in fact first reported early last year, following comments by Sivathanu Pillai, a professor at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO,) India’s equivalent to NASA. Those reports were initially scotched due to a supposed misquotation of Pillai, but the space agency is now clearly pursuing that goal. “The countries which have the capacity to bring that source from the moon to Earth will dictate the process,” ISRO chair K. Sivan told Bloomberg. This will be India’s first mission to the moon, and the ISRO hopes to establish a space station and, ultimately, a moon base. The Trump administration also wants to send U.S. astronauts back to the moon. Russia plans to send a lander to the moon next year, and the Indian and Japanese space agencies are cooperating on their own lunar efforts, largely because they’re worried about the Chinese getting too far ahead. Private enterprise is also involved in the new space race, with Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin company intending to build a moon colony. India's space program wants to go where no nation has gone before -– to the south side of the moon. And once it gets there, it will study the potential for mining a source of waste-free nuclear energy that could be worth trillions of dollars. The nation's equivalent of NASA will launch a rover in October to explore virgin territory on the lunar surface and analyze crust samples for signs of water and helium-3. That isotope is limited on Earth yet so abundant on the moon that it theoretically could meet global energy demands for 250 years if harnessed. "The countries which have the capacity to bring that source from the moon to Earth will dictate the process," said K Sivan, chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation. "I don't want to be just a part of them, I want to lead them." The mission would solidify India's place among the fleet of explorers racing to the moon, Mars and beyond for scientific, commercial or military gains. The governments of the US, China, India, Japan and Russia are competing with startups and billionaires Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson to launch satellites, robotic landers, astronauts and tourists into the cosmos. The rover landing is one step in an envisioned series for Isro that includes putting a space station in orbit and, potentially, an Indian crew on the moon. The government has yet to set a timeframe. "We are ready and waiting," said Sivan, an aeronautics engineer who joined Isro in 1982. "We've equipped ourselves to take on this particular program." China is the only country to put a lander and rover on the moon this century with its Chang'e 3 mission in 2013. The nation plans to return later this year by sending a probe to the unexplored far side. In the US, President Donald Trump signed a directive calling for astronauts to return to the moon, and NASA's proposed $19 billion budget this fiscal year calls for launching a lunar orbiter by the early 2020s. Isro's estimated budget is less than a 10th of that – about $1.7 billion – but accomplishing feats on the cheap has been a hallmark of the agency since the 1960s. The upcoming mission will cost about $125 million – or less than a quarter of Snap Inc co-founder Evan Spiegel's compensation last year, the highest for an executive of a publicly traded company, according to the Bloomberg Pay Index. ईरान ने भारत को कहा उठाएंगे हरसंभव कदम / Iran Assures India On Oil Supply

03:08
Iran today said it will do its best to ensure security of oil supply to India, asserting that it has been a reliable energy partner for New Delhi. The clarification by Iranian Embassy came a day after Iran's Deputy Ambassador and Charge d'Affaires Massoud Rezvanian Rahaghi cautioned New Delhi that it will stand to lose "special privileges" if it cuts import of Iranian oil following US sanctions. It said Iran understands the difficulties being faced by New Delhi in dealing with the unstable energy market and that it was for India to choose its energy partners, taking into account various factors like geopolitical considerations and reliability of the oil suppliers. The embassy said Iran will do its best to ensure security of oil supply to India by offering various flexible measures which facilitate bilateral trade, particularly Indian exports to Iran. In an address at a seminar yesterday, Rahaghi said Iran will end the privileges being provided to India if it tries to source oil from countries like Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, the US and others to offset cuts in Iranian oil import. The Trump administration brought back sanctions against Iran after pulling out the US from the Iran nuclear deal in May. The US has told India and other countries to cut oil imports from the Gulf nation to "zero" by November 4 or face sanctions. India is yet to take a call on complying with the US sanctions on Iran. "Iran has always been a reliable energy partner for India and others, seeking a balanced oil market and rational prices of oil which ensure the interests of both countries as consumer and supplier," the embassy said in a statement. Mr Rahaghi had also criticised India for not fulfilling its promise of making investments in the expansion of the strategically located Chabahar port On Chabahar, the embassy said Iran has always welcomed Indian initiatives in the project. "However, due to the importance of the issue, Iran has frequently emphasised on expediting Indian investment, and pushing Indian partner companies to accelerate their engagement in execution of the projects," it said. 11 COMMENTS The embassy said Iran and India share the same understanding towards many global and regional challenges and cooperate harmoniously in many international fronts. #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. Since the re-election of Nicholas Maduro, this South American country has an atmosphere of political instability. Many countries, including the United States, have recognized opposition party leader Juan Guado as president. Also, ban on export of Venezuela's crude oil has been imposed till Maduro remains in office. As a result, its oil exports have declined from 1.40 million barrels per day since January 28 to 1.15 million barrels per day. In this way, Venezuela is striving towards the buyers paying in cash. It has a special focus on India. India is Venezuela's second biggest oil buyer after US. Prior to the ban, the Venezuelan government oil company PDVSA would send five lakh barrels of oil daily to the US daily. At the same time, India was sent three lakh barrels of oil per day. चीन के कर्ज से बना एयरपोर्ट भारत को मिला जिम्मा /Sri Lanka give India control of loss making airport

02:33
Sri Lanka on Thursday said India will operate the Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport in Hambantota as part of a joint venture that gives New Delhi a majority stake in the deal. Sri Lanka’s Civil Aviation Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva told Parliament that the agreement’s details have not been chalked out yet. The airport, estimated to be worth $210 million (Rs 447 crore), has been dubbed the world’s emptiest airport and is running up heavy losses. “We need to revive this dying airport which caused a massive loss of LKR 20 billion [Rs 866 crore],” Silva said. Opposition legislator Kanaka Herath asked the government if it was trying to appease India and China by giving them control of the country’s ports and airports. Sri Lanka handed over control of the Hambantota seaport to China on a 99-year lease in December in a bid to offset its loans. Silva refuted Herath’s allegation and said the government had invited proposals from international investors in 2016. “Only India offered to help us,” he added. The Mattala airport, named after former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, was funded using high-interest commercial loans from China. The airport began operations in 2013, and the only international flight operating from the facility was terminated in May because of major losses. Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe also refuted a New York Times report that claimed the government was forced to handover the Hambantota Port to China as it was struggling to pay debts incurred by the previous regime, #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. भारत ने टेस्ट किया स्वदेशी 'रक्षा कवच / Made in India AIR DEFENCE SYSTEM successfully tested

02:19
In a major breakthrough for Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), made in India interceptor missile capable of TARGET incoming enemy missiles in endo atmospheric region at low altitude shot down a target from multiple simulated targets. For the first time the missile was fired against multiple targets simulated electronically by the mission team comprising officials from the Indian Army. The missile attacked one after choosing it from a bunch of targets. The supersonic ballistic interceptor missile dubbed as Advance Air Defence (AAD) was fight tested from Abdul Kalam Island, a part of Integrated Test Range (ITR) off Odisha coast at about 11.25 am. Defence sources said a few minutes after the electronic targets were simulated, the tracking systems selected one from a number of targets and subsequently provided command to launch the interceptor missile, which was auto-fired fired from a hermetically sealed canister. A defence official said the missile has demonstrated its killing capability paving the way for its early induction. “Several tests of the missile conducted earlier were against single target. But this one was against multiple targets for the first time. It was an excellent mission accomplished,” he informed. Long range radar and multi-function fire control radar located far away successfully detected the missile from take-off and tracked it through its entire path. The total trajectory of the incoming missile was continuously estimated by the guidance computer and subsequently the AAD missile was launched at an appropriate time to counter and kill the target missile. The Fibre Optic Gyro (FOG) based INS in interceptor, on-board computers, guidance systems, actuation systems and the critical Radio Frequency (RF) seekers used for the terminal phase have also performed excellently. Indigenously developed by DRDO, the AAD interceptor is a single-stage missile powered by solid propellants. It is 7.5 metres tall and weighs around 1.2 tonnes. It had a diameter of less than 0.5 metre. The DRDO has developed both high-altitude and low-altitude anti-ballistic missiles. The test assumed significance as India plans to deploy a two-tiered Ballistic Missile Defence (BMD) system to protect its important cities and vital installations from enemy attack. While the first phase seeks to destroy incoming enemy missiles in exo-atmospheric region (outside the atmosphere), the second phase envisages killing enemy missiles of more than 2,000 km range in endo-atmospheric (inside the atmosphere) region. #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. और नये 114 फाइटर दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी डील / Modi govt mulls purchase of 114 new fighter jets

02:19
While the political squabble between BJP and Congress over purchase of 36 Rafale jets from Paris-based Dassault Aviation is far from over, the government is reportedly ready to give its nod to the long-drawn acquisition project for 114 new fighter jets for over $20 billion (Rs 1.4 lakh crore). According to a report in The Times of India, Defence Acquisitions Council, chaired by minister Nirmala Sitharaman, is likely to consider "acceptance of necessity (AoN)" for the 114-jet project later this month or early next month. The report added that a new contender will be in the race to sell aircraft this time. The Russian Sukhoi-35 fighter has also joined the competition for what is being touted as 'mother of all defence deals'. The Russian aircraft manufacturer reportedly submitted its bid to the preliminary tender or request for information (RFI) issued by IAF in April. This comes after the first six contenders, F/A-18 and F-16 (US), Gripen-E (Sweden), MiG-35 (Russia), Eurofighter Typhoon and Rafale, sent their bids in early-July. Under the proposed project, while the first 18 jets will come in "a flyaway condition" in three to five years after the contract is inked, the rest will thereafter be produced in India under the new "strategic partnership (SP)" policy in a joint venture between the selected foreign aviation major and its Indian partner, the daily said. The report, however, added it will take at least four to five years for the actual contract to be inked with the selected foreign original equipment manufacturer (OEM)-Indian partner combine. It's estimated each bare-bone fighter will cost around $100 million, with another $100 million for the "add-ons" in terms of weapons, simulators, performance-based logistics and the like. Congress president Rahul Gandhi had earlier questioned why a 'fighter jet worth Rs 520 crore' was bought for Rs 1,600 crore. He even challenged the Modi government to form a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) to scrutinise the Rafale deal. Rafale is a French twin-engine multi-role fighter jet designed and built by Dassault Aviation. Rafale jets are considered to be one of the most potent combat jets globally. India and France signed a deal worth 7.87 billion euros (Rs 59,000 crore approximately) on September 23, 2016, for 36 Rafale jets. The delivery of the aircraft will start from September 2019. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who recently got back to North Block after recovering from his kidney transplant, has countered Gandhi's claims on Twitter. "Any issue diversion by @RahulGandhi on my Rafale questions, will not wipe out his falsehood on Rafale," he tweeted yesterday. In another tweet he claimed that "The fully weaponised Rafale air craft's 2016 price is 20% cheaper than the 2007 offer. This is what the 2015 statement of the PM and the French President refers to as 'on terms better than the 2007 offers'." #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. भारत का अपना अगली जनरेशन का एयर डिफेंस / DRDO world class missiles system QR-SAM

02:11
Army wants the DRDO to provide missiles which are far better than what foreign vendors have offered it for the purpose of taking down enemy fighter aircraft, drones and helicopters. The research agency has also responded positively and accepted the challenge to manufacture a world-class missile system. The Indian Army is looking to acquire eight regiments of Quick Reaction-Surface to Air Missiles (QR-SAMs) for taking down targets at around 20 kilometres for the Army Air Defence and replace the Soviet-era OSA-AK air defence systems. "The specifications given to the DRDO for development of the QR-SAM suggest that the Army wants the research agency to produce a better system than the ones offered by the foreign vendors," government sources told Mail Today. As per the original plan, the foreign vendors were supposed to supply three regiments for meeting immediate operational requirements of the army, while the DRDO had to produce five regiments indigenously under the 'Make in India' programme. "There are specifications like the speed of the missile for which the DRDO has been asked to develop a system, which can move at the speed of 700-800 metre per second, while the requirement for foreign vendors is significantly less," sources added. #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. भारत का खुफिया मिशन हुआ सफल / India's new intelligence mission Dhanush succeeded

02:25
Indian Armed Forces wrote another success with the launch of a nuclear capable ballistic missile bow from the Naval warship from Odisha coast as part of a secret mission. Defense sources said the indigenous developed missile from surface to surface was tested in full operational configuration by Navy's Tactical Force Command (SFC) from an unknown location on the night of Paradip on Saturday night. This was the third test of an Indian missile during the night in the last one month. Earlier, Army SFC had tested the distance of 350 kilometers of Earth-II missile and 700 km in the air at Agni-1. A defense official said that the trial of the bow has completed all the mission objectives. "All events were expected and the border was monitored by the sensor. It was a textbook launch and a glorious mission completed," he said. While the missile was fired from the warship, another warship provided all logistic support for the trial. Dhanush has a strike range of 350 km and can carry up to 500 kg of conventional or nuclear weapons. Missile production used for testing was randomly selected from production. The complete flight route of the missile was smooth according to the pre-determined coordinates. Missile covers over 300 km and achieved single digit accuracy. Mission parameters such as elevation, trajectory, azimuth, flight path and stage isolation were verified correctly. The 8.53 meter long missile, developed by DRDO, has 0.9 diameter and weighs about 4.4 tons. Single phase missile uses liquid propellants and can be used to destroy an anti-ship weapon as well as land targets. visit - WWW.TTNNEWS.IN please subscribe for more latest updates.. ईरान के साथ फिर खड़ा भारत, रुपया-रियाल में ट्रेड / India will trade with Iran in Riyal and Rupees

Reuters has quoted sources saying that under this agreement, India will not be compelled to depend on the dollar to buy crude oil from Iran. India will be able to buy crude oil by paying Iran to Iran. Along with this, India has to pay only half of the price of the total crude oil being bought by Iran through this agreement. India will be able to export its product in Iran instead of half the amount. It has been more than a month since the US ban on Iran took place. No country in the world can trade with Iran due to this restriction. India and China are Iran's biggest trading partner and Iran has sanctioned 6 months to close the business, including 8 countries, including India and China, in the ban on Iran. It is important that US President Donald Trump recently announced a ban on Iran, threatening the entire world, saying that if a country purchases crude oil from Iran after November 4, then it is ready to take strict measures. . Trump had separated the US from the Iran nuclear agreement in 2015 and again banned it. Trump had asked countries to import oil from Iran by November 4 to reduce their imports by zero. At the same time they also warned of banning countries not doing so. please subscribe for more latest updates.. चीन अर्थव्यवस्था पर संकट, कई कंपनियां दिवालिया/ US-China trade war making chines company shut

02:32
The tit-for-tat exchange of tariffs between the United States and China gives the impression the world’s two biggest economies are headed down the road towards a trade war, which would have hugely damaging economic consequences. But this could be averted if they continue quiet backroom discussions to open up their markets, particularly China’s. Trump plays down US-China trade war concerns: ‘When you’re $500bn down you can’t lose’ Read more The US imposition of tariffs on a range of Chinese imports – which amounts to a tax on imported goods – is the first step in a series of measures announced by the Trump administration. So far, China has responded by announcing tariffs on US imports. The next stage would be for the US to restrict Chinese investment into America. Presumably, if this happens, then China would respond in kind. In other words, the tensions between the US and China could go beyond taxes and directly disrupt global supply chains as investment is targeted. Any disruption to supply and distribution chains, which are a key part of world trade, could have a lasting impact. In the worst-case scenario, companies may have to relocate factories or distribution centres. Investment decisions affect employment and taxes raised, and are in some ways more disruptive than tariffs, which can be reversed more easily. This escalation would be damaging for the US and Chinese economies since global companies, such as Apple, invest in both countries. This would affect not only US businesses but also American consumers. Retailers such as Walmart import goods from China, so prices would go up and living standards would be squeezed. And since US goods are sold worldwide, if they are reliant on parts from China, consumers here in the UK and in the rest of the world would also be affected. The same applies to Chinese consumers and producers, particularly since about half of Chinese exports are made by enterprises with foreign investors. Markets rally as White House plays down trade war fears — as it happened Read more The US is targeting hi-tech manufacturers to disrupt President Xi’s flagship industrial strategy, the Made in China 2025 plan, which seeks to make Chinese manufacturing globally competitive by introducing more artificial intelligence and automation. The ability of emerging economies such as China to “catch up” with rich economies depends on their being able to access and adapt the best technology in the world. This lies at the heart of the problem. The US has launched these trade measures in retaliation for China’s poor record on intellectual property rights protection, which includes requiring foreign companies to transfer their technology as a condition of investing in China. #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. डॉलर से मुकाबले के लिए साथ रुपया-रूबल / Russia India considering the use of rupee-rubles

02:13
Russian President Vladimir Putin is on a tour of India Focus on his visit this time is on the point that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Russians in their midst should be forwarded the understanding made during the informal meeting held in the Sochi Society of Russia. But both the countries can try to find ways to reduce the dependence on the dollar and make any arrangement for the rupee-ruble (business currency) in Russia-currency etc. Significantly, the Indian government is disturbed by the continuous decline in the price of the rupee against the dollar. Therefore, instead of using dollars, the two countries are considering the use of rupee-rubles or any other such currency which has no US effect. Although Russia has been insisting on it for quite a while, but India has been reluctant to take it due to the fall in ruble in the past years. we has received information that the governments and businessmen of both the countries are talking about a system on the use of rupees and rubles in payment and transactions so that cooperation in economic, trade and defense sectors in both countries Continue in uninterrupted manner. Indian representative of Gasprom Bank of Russia, Mitrekkin told INDIA TODAY-Aajtak that the banking community has been demanding such a system for the last two-three years. He said that talking only on this will not work and will have to take some concrete steps. Mityekin said, 'I am quite sure that this system can be fully effective. The issue is that everyone is accustomed to working in dollars. There are structures for this, there are bank accounts and processes too. You will have to do all this in rupee-ruble, for which time and money will be spent. Prime Minister Modi and Russia's President Putin can sign up to nearly 20 agreements in defense ranges from nuclear energy, space and economy. visit - WWW.TTNNEWS.IN please subscribe for more latest updates.. चीनी विशेषज्ञ ने कहा भारत से सीख लो / China should learn from India’s mature stock market

03:01
From - global times A sharp contrast in the performances of the stock markets in India and the Chinese mainland in the past decade, during which Indian stocks outperformed that in the Chinese mainland, has shed light shortcomings in the domestic stock market and prompted calls in China to learn from the mature stock market system in India. Since October 2008, Indian stocks have gained by 394 percent, while the main index in the Chinese mainland has only risen 70 percent, according to the calculation of the Global Times. "Compared with the Chinese mainland stock market, India is more mature. It has far more foreign institutional investor (FIIs) with a high tolerance for risk, whereas the Chinese market is made up by mostly speculative private investors. This makes China's A-Share market very volatile and sensitive to financial risks," Liu Xiaoxue, an associate research fellow at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences' National Institute of International Strategy, told the Global Times on Thursday. Liu said the difference reflects the Indian equity market's long history compared with the market in China. The Bombay Stock Exchange, set up in 1875, was Asia's first stock exchange, while the first stock exchange in the Chinese mainland was set up in 1990. In addition, she said, "India has had a massive trade deficit for decades. As a result, it's done a lot of homework in attracting overseas investors such as FIIs, including making its stock market infrastructure compliant with international standards so as to protect investors' interests," Liu noted. Chinese regulators should learn from India in this regard, Liu added. the Indian stock market allows the free flow of capital and most important, has shorting mechanisms that allow investors to hedge against risks. But the Chinese mainland's share market, because of the presence of State-owned enterprises, finds it hard to design such a mechanism, she said. China's protection of shareholders' interests is also inadequate compared with that in India. In China, experts said, some firms have fabricated their financial records so that they could cash out after being listed in the market. Liu Xuezhi, a senior analyst at Bank of Communications, told the Global Times on Thursday that the uptick in India's stock market also shows the world's confidence in its robust economy. In the first quarter, India's GDP grew by 7.7 percent, accelerating from the 7 percent growth rate in the fourth quarter of 2017, reports show. Liu said the Indian market may benefit from China's ongoing trade row with the US. "As concerns over trade tension linger, anyone looking to invest in Asian emerging markets may turn to India over China," Liu said. But he cautioned that some A shares are undervalued because of the trade issue and fluctuations in the yuan's exchange rate. #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. टेल हुक के साथ तेजस का फ्लाइट टेस्ट किया / HAL conducted NAVAL TEJAS test with TAIL HOOK

02:02
The tail hooks on F-18, EA-18, French Rafale, and the new F-35C in modern times is just essentially used to grab the wire at the beginning of the deck to an aircraft carrier that goes under a lot of steer to reduce the speed and secure the plane. However, it is interesting to note that some land base aircraft also have tail hooks for emergency landings at military airfields that are equipped with emergency arrestors. Finally, the home-grown Naval Light Combat Aircraft (NLCA) project announced its arrival on the big stage. As per reports in the media, the naval variant of India’s Tejas Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) has conducted its maiden flight with tail hook attached. The successful completion of the maiden flight with tail hook itself is a huge boost to the entire ADA team. The second prototype of the Naval Tejas, NP-2 (KH3002), made the flight from Indian naval air station, INS Hansa, located near Dabolim in Goa. The next phase of the program will be to conduct arrested landings at the Shore Based Test Facility (SBTF) located at INS Hansa. SBTF was earlier used to train and certify Indian Navy Mikoyan MiG-29K fighter pilots for the aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya, and is now used for the developmental trials of the naval HAL Tejas. This new development possibly denotes the restart of the Naval LCA program. In December 2016, the Indian Navy announced that the Tejas fighter is overweight, and they will look for other alternatives. The Indian Navy eventually issued an RFI for 57 naval multi-role fighters. The LCA Navy is India’s first indigenous effort to build a carrier borne fighter aircraft. The naval variant has strengthened airframe and landing gear and a drooped nose for better cockpit vision during taking-offs and landings. Naval Tejas prototypes, NP1 & NP2 are powered by General Electric F404-GE-F2J3 afterburning turbofan engines and are used for initial testing purposes. They successfully completed testing in Goa during which the short take off (200 meter) from SBTF were carried out along with hot refuelling. The combat aircraft prototype is yet to conduct its flight test from an aircraft carrier. The testing from aircraft carrier will most probably only done after conducting arrested landing trials at the SBTF. #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. मालदीव को महंगा पड़ा भारत से टकराना / UNSC India against Maldives, ensured it lost

02:16
Did India vote for the Maldives or Indonesia at the recent elections for the UN Security Council non-permanent seat? While Male continues to claim India's support + in the face of reports that the government might have voted against it, diplomatic sources told ToI that India didn't just vote for Indonesia but also worked to ensure that its hostile Indian Ocean neighbour fared poorly in the election. Indonesia finally trumped Male's bid for the Asia-Pacific seat by an overwhelming margin. The Maldives got support from only 46 countries in the secret ballot voting on June 8 against the 144 which voted for Indonesia. Details percolating through now indicate that not only did India not vote for the Maldives but also worked to ensure that the latter's core base of small island nations was considerably eroded. This meant that Male's final tally fell well short of even its own expectations. It's well known that many of these countries pick their cues from India which signalled to them to support Indonesia. Male, at one stage, was claiming to have support from 60 countries in writing and 30 verbally. While some may be tempted to dismiss India's vote as only of academic interest, given Indonesia's victory margin, it is still significant in the context of the strife in ties with Male in the recent past. That despite having pledged support to Male earlier, India worked against it will be seen by many as the first punitive action against the Maldives, a country which under President Abdulla Yameen is believed to have worked overtime to undermine India's security interests in Indian Ocean. India is still smarting under Male's decision to ask Indian authorities to remove both its "gifted" helicopters + from the Maldives by June end and also under its instructions to immigration officials to put on hold fresh work permits for Indians. Both these decisions were reported first by ToI on June 5 #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. जहा नही गया कोई वह पहुचे PM मोदी / PM Modi's visited to Rwanda first visit

02:31
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today arrived in Rwanda on the first leg of his three-nation Africa tour, becoming the first Indian premier to visit the East African country. The Prime Minister’s aircraft landed at the Kigali International Airport where he was given a red carpet welcome this evening. His two-day state visit to Rwanda — one of Africa’s fastest-growing economies — assumes significance as this is the first by an Indian premier. Prime Minister Modi will hold bilateral meetings with President Paul Kagame, delegation-level talks and meetings with the business and the Indian communities, a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office said. He will also visit the Genocide Memorial and participate in an event on “Girinka” (one cow per family), a national social protection scheme of Rwanda initiated by Kagame. A defence cooperation agreement is also expected to be signed between India and Rwanda during the visit, T S Tirumurti, secretary (Economic Relations) in the Ministry of External Affairs, said in New Delhi last week. India will also be opening a mission in Rwanda very soon, Tirumurti said. “During this visit, we expect to conclude two lines of credit — one of USD 100 million for development of industrial parks and Kigali special economic zone (SEZ), and another one for USD 100 million for agriculture and irrigation,” he said. An important element of the programme would be the prime minister’s visit to Rweru Model Village where he will gift 200 cows as a contribution from India to the ‘Girinka’ scheme of Rwanda, Tirumurti said. Under ‘Girinka’, a social protection scheme of the Rwandan government personally overseen by President Kagame, poorest families are gifted dairy cows by the government and the first female calf born to the cow is gifted to the neighbour, thus promoting brotherhood and solidarity. The cows to be gifted by India would be sourced from Rawanda. “We expect agreements to be concluded in the areas of defence, dairy cooperation, leather, agriculture, and culture,” he said. #ttnnews #news please subscribe for more latest updates.. भारत को बहोत बड़ी सफलता फास्ट ब्रीडर रिएक्टर/ India's first fast breeder reactor by 2019

01:34
country's first indigenously developed 500-megawatt (MW) prototype fast breeder reactor at Kalpakkam in Tamil Nadu is expected to achieve criticality next year, a senior official said. The project, which was earlier expected to be commissioned in 2012, has missed several deadlines. "Our indigenously developed prototype fast breeder reactor of 500 MW is now undergoing sodium commissioning. We expect criticality next year," Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) secretary Sekhar Basu said at the 62th General Conference of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) held in Vienna. Achieving criticality means that the reactor is fully operational and safe. The design of the country's first fast breeder reactor, called Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor (PFBR), was done by the Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR). Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam (Bhavini), a public sector company under DAE, has been given the responsibility to build the fast breeder reactors in the country. In a statement issued by the DAE, Basu said that India's plans to build 21 reactors by 2030 was well on track. visit - WWW.TTNNEWS.IN please subscribe for more latest updates.. While opposing the issue of the disputed China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), India had boycotted the first belt and road forum (BRF) in 2017. Recently Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi had said that the second version of the BRF going to be held next month will be pre-grand. In this, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan will also participate. India has been boycotting the BRF over the CPE project. Under the CPEC, China will link its Xinjiang province to Gwadar port of Pakistan. Under this, roads, railways, gas and oil pipelines will be laid. please subscribe for more latest updates.. In this year, where border areas of China were infiltrated several times, India developed basic and security-related infrastructure in the neighboring areas of the Chinese border. But the intrusion of terrorists has not come down from the border with Pakistan. This year, bustling on the Indian border adjacent to China and Pakistan has been fast. On both sides of the border India has infiltrated many times. In the beginning of this year after the Dullock deadlock, India had started mobilizing military equipment at several places near the border of 3500 km near China. Not only that, India has started to develop infrastructure on a large scale, including roads. According to the information given in Parliament, India is building 73 roads near the border of China. Of these 30 projects have been completed. India's preparations for dealing with China's potential threat can be estimated from the fact that 31 air areas near the western and eastern parts of China border have been developed. Among them, the airport of Chabua and Tezpur in Assam is the most important. Not only this, India has also made two Advance Landing Ground (ALG) in Tawang and Darang in Arunachal. Apart from this, upgrading 6 ALGs already in the Northeast is also upgrading. On December 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate a 4.94-km bogibil bridge in Dibrugarh in Assam. This bridge will be able to travel by train and bus. Two rail tracks have been laid in the lower part of the bridge. While the above 3-lane road is made up. With the help of this bridge, the distance of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh will be reduced. This bridge connects Dibrugarh in Assam to Dhemaji district across the Brahmaputra. Near it is the Silappathar of Arunachal Pradesh. This bridge is considered to be very important from a strategic perspective. The heavy tank of the Army can also be taken on this bridge. please subscribe for more latest updates.. US ने भारत को दिया दिवाली का तोहफा / America has given Diwali gift to India, can buy oil from iran

America has given Diwali gift to India. It has allowed eight countries including India to buy oil from Iran. Among the countries which have received relief from India, Japan and South Korea are included. In fact, America wanted that other countries, including India, completely stop buying oil from Iran on 4th November. After this day, sanctions on Iran will apply to the US. But now America has relaxed its stand. Earlier on Thursday, India's Foreign Ministry spokesman Ravi Kumar had told that the US knows how important oil is in terms of maintaining our domestic growth. To keep the energy sector away from any kind of effect, we are in constant contact with the United States and the other parties. India will cut crude oil purchase India is the second largest buyer of crude oil after Iran after China. But after the US warning, India now wants to limit the purchase of crude oil to Iran 1.5 million tonnes annually. Before that, in 2017-18, India's oil purchase from Iran was 2.6 million tonnes, that is, four lakh 52 thousand barrels per day. visit - WWW.TTNNEWS.IN please subscribe for more latest updates.. भारत के साथ रूस का प्रस्ताव / Russia offers to jointly design, build submarines

02:40
India has received a joint submarine design and construction proposal from Russia to build on the technology transfer acquired while building the nuclear fleet, and promises to drastically reduce the cost of Navy’s next-generation vessel plan. The proposal, believed to have been discussed at the top level during the Sochi summit in May, offers an alternative to an upcoming $10 b P 75I tender for six new diesel electric submarines that the Navy requires. These are to be fitted with an Air Independent Propulsion (AIP) system that significantly increases their ability to stay underwater. The Russian side has offered a transfer of all intellectual property for the design and prototype construction. This will mean that there are also no limits to the number of submarines that can be built under the project...,” officials familiar with the details told ET. While the current plan is to go in for a global competitive process that will involve companies from Russia, France, Germany and Sweden, the official proposal from Moscow is for a government-to-government deal for joint design with the Advanced Technology Vessel Project (ATVP). This is the project that gave India its first nuclear armed submarine, the INS Arihant, which was constructed in Vizag with considerable assistance from Russia. please subscribe for more latest updates.. Peshawar: Pakistan has dismissed America's statement in which the US had said that Pakistan's recent poor financial condition was due to the debt taken from China. Pakistan's Finance Minister Asad Umar, while giving a clarion on the US statement, said that China did not have any role in the country's impoverished economic situation and sharing details of loans related to Pakistan, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) with IMF Is ready Speaking to the media on returning from Indonesia, Asad Umar said that the decision to contact the world's lenders was taken after consultation with the Allied countries. He has requested IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde for outstanding package for Pakistan. . Omar said that Pakistan had a loan of $ 9 billion in the current financial year, which is obviously not able to provide the IMF. IMF's Managing Director and Chairperson Jurisdiction has clarified that the IMF will have full transparency on the debt given to Pakistan, which includes CPEC under Chinese-owned US $ 50 billion. However, Umar dismissed the US State Department's statement that the debt taken by Pakistan on CPEC projects was responsible for the current economic condition of Pakistan. Let us state that last month US Minister Mike Popeo had said that the loan taken from China is responsible for the situation in which Pakistan is today. The government spending this debt thought that it would not be difficult to repay it, but it has become very difficult. visit - WWW.TTNNEWS.IN please subscribe for more latest updates.. भारत की लंबी छलांग, ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस इंडेक्स / Ease of Doing Business 2019, India jumps

03:01
India leapfrogged to the 77th rank in the World Bank's latest Ease of Doing Business rankings, jumping 23 notches from last year, a news that is likely to bring cheer for the Narendra Modi-government that is caught in an apparent turf battle with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The report also recognises India as one of the top 10 improvers in this year’s assessment, for the second successive time. India is the only large country this year to have achieved such a significant shift. The jump is significant, as it comes after last year’s 30-rung climb when India moved into the top 100 rankings among 190 countries. India has improved its rank by 53 positions in the last two years, and 65 positions in the last four years (2014-18). On the “distance to frontier metric”, a measure to gauge how far an economy’s policies are from global best practices, India’s score improved to 67.23 from 60.76 last year. This means last year India improved its business regulations in absolute terms – indicating that the country is continuing its steady shift towards global standards. visit - WWW.TTNNEWS.IN please subscribe for more latest updates..
